Allie and Josh met on the dating app Bumble in 2022. They started talking on Zoom calls, and pretty quickly were regularly talking on the phone for hours at a time. Josh was living in Peoria and Allie in Champaign, so they decided to meet for dinner in Bloomington at Ancho and Agave. Little did they know, they were about to spend a whole lot more time traversing I-74 between Peoria and Champaign. After many weekends commuting to each other and many many phone calls throughout the weeks, Josh popped the question on October 9, to which Allie responded “ARE YOU KIDDING ME?” and nabbed the ring from him. Allie and Josh could not be more excited to start their married life together and are so excited to celebrate their matrimony with their closest friends and family.
